Our experience tells us it takes about one month, from conception to execution to produce a website, although we can work faster should you require a faster turnaround.

What is the process you use to create websites?

Step 1: Free Consultation

An initial free consultation is the basis of every project. Because everyone’s needs are unique, we provide a free consultation to identify your objectives.

After we assess your knowledge level, we offer the necessary guidance to focus on the features and benefits of your website. And when we ascertain your needs, we can properly map the structure/navigation of your site and initiate the design process.

Step 2: Agreement

Our web design/hosting/marketing agreement includes the details of our work and summarizes the responsibilities of each party, so that we both understand exactly what to expect.

We will not begin a project until we both agree what the objectives are, and how they will be accomplished. After we sign a letter of agreement, a non-refundable deposit is paid.

Step 3: Content And Design

We create a site map, a diagram of your site, which includes the pages, their content, and how they are linked. This is essential so that we can see “the big picture,” an overview of your site.

Once we agree on how the site will be structured, you assemble appropriate photos, text and music. If necessary, we help you write text, take photos, make soundclips, create videos, etc.

Simultanously, we conceive possible layouts. Variables include graphics, navigation and page design.

This is your opportunity to request changes until we finalize the design you find most pleasing.

Once we are in agreement, we take your content and generate the pages for your site.

Step 4: Inspect Your Site and Going Live

When the pages are complete, we post your site to a private server, for your inspection. This is where you request minor changes in the layout, content, links, and other key elements.

Once these revisions have been executed, we create the proper meta-tags, page titles and other crucial elements that will enhance your site’s relevance to search engines.

Then, I post your site to its permanent server. Once your site goes live, we will immediately submit it to key search engines.

Step 5: Resubmission and Evaluation

It takes from one to four months for your site to be listed on search engines. During this time, we will regularly monitor rankings and resubmit your site, as needed.

At this point, it is essential that you add your website and email addresses to business cards, letterheads, ads, recordings and other promotional materials.

A few months after the debut of your site, we will evaluate the site’s progress. This is where we examine site traffic and fine tune the site to make certain it meets your expectations.

For most websites, updates are essential to keep the site fresh for return visitors.
